Kitchens and Baths

The kitchen and bath are two of the most important areas in your home. Updated rooms can increase the value of your home and make everyday life more enjoyable and productive. I can help you with the design phase of your new kitchen and bath remodeling project as well as recommend appropriate plumbing fixtures, shower base and wall materials, lighting and flooring choices.

Basements

Turn your unfinished basement into useable space that reflects your tastes and style. Man Caves, entertainment areas, media/theatre rooms, bars and game rooms are just a few of the myriad specialty rooms that await your guests when you entertain the neighbors at a party or just want to “get away from it all” in your new lower level area.

Outdoor Living

I have built many decks in the past 25 years, and I have a vast knowledge of the new composite and PVC decking choices. From multi-level decks with dry storage or entertainment areas underneath to simple, small ground level structures, I will impart my years of design and material expertise into your project and expand your entertainment area to include your backyard.

Custom Carpentry

I have designed and constructed a large number of custom bookcases, media centers and built in cabinetry that fit into unusual spaces and nooks. Wood species such as hickory, cherry, alder and mahogany are just a few of the high end choices to pick from. But don’t forget old standbys such as maple, oak and painted MDF. No matter if your budget is unlimited or modest, the finished product will be beautifully crafted, one of a kind and functional.

Flooring

Pre-finished hardwood floor installations can be completed in your living space as well as all types of ceramic, porcelain, marble and travertine. There are new choices and materials now if you are looking for resilient flooring such as rubber, cork and loose lay plank vinyl. We can also recommend budget conscious clients with durable and beautiful laminate flooring planks and tiles. Don’t forget to ask about radiant underfloor heat for that bathroom or areas that are hard to keep warm with conventional forced air heat.
